J.Elliot Home reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on this website.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, J.Elliot Home grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to access and use this website for lawful purposes only.

J.Elliot Home reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, and cancel orders at its discretion where customer conduct is unlawful, breaches these Terms, or is harmful to our business interests.

2. Accounts & Security

Certain features of this website require an approved account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity conducted under your account, whether authorised or not

You must notify J.Elliot Home immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, software, and layout—is owned by or licensed to J.Elliot Home and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Trademarks

“J.Elliot Home”, jelliot.com.au, and all associated logos, brand names, and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of J.Elliot Home or its licensors. They must not be used without prior written consent.

4. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by J.Elliot Home

  • A minimum order value of $300 applies

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where pricing or product information is incorrect

If payment has been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued promptly using the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Errors

While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, prices and product details may be subject to typographical or system errors. J.Elliot Home reserves the right to correct errors and cancel affected orders.

6. Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title for goods pass to the customer once the goods are delivered to the carrier, in accordance with J.Elliot Home’s standard terms of sale.

7. Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated

  • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm

  • All deliveries require a signature on receipt

If delivery cannot be completed and goods are returned as unclaimed, additional freight charges will apply for re-dispatch. Original freight charges are non-refundable.

Products may be dispatched from multiple locations and arrive separately without additional freight charges.

Delivery timeframes may vary for regional or remote areas and cannot always be guaranteed.

Delivery Addresses

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes

  • Deliveries to apartments or multi-unit buildings require someone to be present to accept delivery

  • Parcels cannot be collected from our premises

Separate orders are required for delivery to multiple addresses, with separate freight charges applying.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, J.Elliot Home excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, J.Elliot Home’s liability is limited to the resupply of goods or the cost of resupplying the goods, at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. J.Elliot Home is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or operation of any linked websites.

10. Copyright Complaints

J.Elliot Home respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been infringed, please contact us with relevant details so the matter can be investigated.

11. Remedies & Waivers

J.Elliot Home may seek injunctive relief or other legal remedies for any breach of these Terms.

Any failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other right.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
