J.Elliot Home began in 1998 and since then it has travelled through the years
following trends side by side with it’s customers.
Exploring trends that stick and others that fade, J.Elliot has stayed ahead of the
curve, and refined and redefined what it means to build a home. The truth is a
“home” is more than just a place, it is the canvas that makes the memories and
soul of the people who pass through it. That’s why when sourcing and creating
ranges we are taking the journey with our customers instead of for them.
Creating life’s most impactful artwork since 98’, a home.

Our mission is to highlight beautiful, considered pieces that tell a story,

support communities, and honour sustainable practices

People

With care and respect for traditional craftsmanship, we design, source, and co-create with our partners abroad to bring our concepts to life. Our priority is building strong, long-term relationships founded on trust and reciprocity throughout every step of our supply chain.
All of our manufacturing partners are independently audited twice a year by Qualspec, one of the world’s leading social compliance standards. This certification ensures adherence to key standards, including the prohibition of child and forced labour, safe and healthy working conditions, and the right to freedom of association
and collective bargaining.
We believe in treating all people with respect and dignity, and are committed to ensuring that working conditions across our supply chain remain fair and safe.”

Planet

We are committed to creating collections in a slow, thoughtful, and responsible way.
Each piece is designed to last, using materials and processes that minimise our environmental footprint.
Some of the steps we are proud to take include:

  1. Using low-impact and responsibly sourced materials, including recycled and LWG Certified leathers
  2. Shipping via carbon-neutral partners.
  3. Packaging in 100% biodegradable, compostable, or recycled materials

From initial design through to delivery, our processes reflect our purpose: to protect the natural environment while creating products to be cherished for years to come.

Design

For us, beautiful design and responsible practice go hand in hand. Our philosophy is one of conscious creation, developing timeless pieces with the least environmental impact possible.
Every detail, from fabric choices to construction methods, is considered with longevity and sustainability in mind, ensuring our collections are not only stylish but also built to endure.
As we continue along our sustainability journey, we remain open to learning, evolving, and finding new ways to do better — in collaboration with our suppliers, retailers, and most importantly, our customers.

Behind the Craft

We believe in thoughtful, responsible production that blends innovative design with traditional craftsmanship, honouring both people and the planet. Our artisan partners create pieces that are beautiful, sustainable, and a joy to have in your home.

Weaving Story

Every piece begins with a story — one woven slowly, patiently, and by hand. Our weaving traditions are rooted in generations of skill, where time-honoured techniques meet thoughtful, modern design. Natural fibres are selected for their texture and durability, then transformed on traditional looms into textiles that carry character, depth, and soul. Each weave holds subtle variations that speak to the human hands behind it — a reminder that beauty lives in imperfection and intention.

From carving and shaping to weaving and inlay, each artisan contributes their expertise with patience and precision.Their work is unhurried and deeply personal — a balance of discipline and creativity that ensures every piece is not only beautifully made, but meaningfully so.

Creative Process

Our creative process is a dialogue between tradition and design. It begins with inspiration drawn from texture, form, and global craft heritage, then evolves through material exploration, sampling, refinement .
